Brian is an energetic, charismatic and motivating group fitness instructor. He is very experienced and teaches a wide range of classes which include but is not limited to Hi/Lo Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Mat Pilates, Fit Ball, Fitness Yoga, Stretching ,Dance, Cardio Kick Box, Boot Camp, Circuit and Spinning.

Brian has also developed and choreographed his own unique workouts and teaches his Master classes in gyms in London and top hotels in the Caribbean.

Brian began teaching classes in his native Grenada, at a 5 star hotel and to the locals in a health centre and sports hall. His training began in the US where he is certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Fitness Association of America, and it has continued in Switzerland and England. He is now based in London and teaches classes at many of the top London gyms including Dolphin Fitness, Reebok, Bannatynes, Third Space, Virgin Active, Berkley Hotel, The Chelsea Club, Nuffield Health and Gymbox etc.

He is available to teach a wide range of classes, including his master classes. This master class programme includes Island Jam, Aqua splash, Find it and Stretch It, Fit Ball Core and Circuit Flow 6×4. He injects energy, charm, knowledge, charisma and motivation to his sessions, making his workouts pleasurable, hard working and a fun experience.
